Reporting into the Technical Operations Director, the successful Senior SecOps Engineer will have overall responsibility for improving and overseeing the design and delivery of the Security Operations strategy and operating model.
The successful Senior SecOps Engineer will:
Come from a hands-on Security Engineering background
Have experience of delivering SecOps Engineering within SaaS environments.
Possess excellent soft-skills and be comfortable taking on high visibility responsibilities within a SecOps / Iaas / Paas / Saas environment, facing off to senior CISO / BISOs.
Come from a global Cloud-focused (Azure) B2B software house or division of a company.
Ideally, you will:
Possess advanced abilities reading and understanding code, logs and alerts, using specialist tools (Cloud native), as well as programming / scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Puppet, PowerApps), to automate tasks, to enable security at speed and scale
