A senior service delivery manager is required by leading insurance business to work on the design and implementation of a new service desk, service management tool and new service management processes across the business.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:
- Must be process orientated and a delivery focussed individual with experience specifically around IT service introduction (through to BAU), IT service improvement and service desk transformation programmes.
- Must have live IT service operations experience, or supporting a range of technology services
- Any exposure to implementing various service management tools would be highly desirable
- Any insurance or financial services experience would be very advantageous for this role.
