Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a global insurer who are looking to take on a Strategic Account Manager to support with the oversight of their strategy, portfolio and structure of their largest and most complex commercial lines clients.
- Influencing key contacts in the marketplace through business development.
- Negotiating Trading propositions.
- The ability to influence and implement change on a strategic and tactical level.
- The ability to create and deliver solutions.
- Focusing on the delivery and output.
- Identifying and implementing required improvements to underwriting quality and capability.
- Supporting continuous improvement in account management strategy.
- Understanding the trading system and improving efficiencies where possible.
