A top tier bank is looking for a senior tax business analyst to assess the impact of EU Mandatory Disclosure Regime (aka DAC6) on the Bank (specifically Securities) and design and implement a target solution to ensure bank-wide compliance for EMEA.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge and tax technical understanding of EU Mandatory Disclosure Regime (aka DAC6)
- Regulatory reporting experience, preferably in tax (e.g. CRS or FATCA)
- Strong product knowledge and understanding, particularly Securities (+ securitisation & structured products)
Other skills
- Experience of drafting policy to address regulation
- Experience establishing RTB governance and oversight models
- Experience drafting training
- Business analysis (e.g. requirements gathering, process design, system implementation
