We are looking to find a Tax Solicitor who is interested in moving out of private practice and utilising their knowledge and expertise in the insurance sector as an Underwriter. You would be responsible for helping them to grow and build their M&A Insurance business on a domestic and international level.
A fantastic opportunity that would allow you to assist the development of this company's brand and M&A business. Recent funding has allowed for great scope to build and expand whilst also offering great opportunity to develop and expand your own skillsets.
The successful applicant will have prior legal experience within an M&A/Corporate setting and a strong understanding of the Tax Liability aspects of M&A Transactions.
