A Lloyd's Syndicate is looking to bring on board a Senior Validation Manager to undertake a unique role in their growing team. You will be leading the internal capital model validation team and have 2 direct reports.
The role reports directly to the Chief Actuary and will be working closely with the Head of Capital Modelling and Head of Risk.
The ideal candidate would be a qualified actuary with a quant Risk/Validation background and experience managing teams.
