Job Description

We are looking for a Service Analyst to join a global financial organisation on a permanent basis. The Service Analyst will have a good mixture of Business Analysis, Account Management skills and IT background. The Service Analyst will approve levels of services to be delivered to the customer and document those levels of service in SLAs.

The Service Analyst must have the following experience;

  • Strong IT background,
  • Background in governance and management of services
  • Experience of dealing with third parties.
  • Managing stakeholders and their requirements.
