Service Analyst - Service Desk, Service Transition, 1st & 2nd line

One of my clients are looking for a junior level Service Support Analyst in order to help up-skill them into a Service Transition Analyst. Based on the nature of the work, my client are looking at bringing a lot of new services across IT, Change, Release Management and Config Management. Due to the nature of the role you would need to have the following experience:

  • 1st and 2nd line support as a service desk analyst, who has experience of working on a range of different services from a support perspective. IT experience would be highly advantageous
  • knowledge around broader IT Service Management instances like Change, Release and Incident Management would be beneficial.
  • Any graduates working in this area with a computer science degree will also be strongly considered for this role.
