Service Co-ordination Manager | HQ Move

We're are helping an International Financial Services client search for an IT Service Operations lead to help with a Office Move and subsequent IT migration programme. This role will require an individual with great operational expertise and a breadth of experience on ITSM operational process improvement.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • ITIL certified process owner. Someone who must have been involved in operational management ownership across Major Incident Management, Problem and Change Management.
  • Any experience working across any type of infrastructure migration programme would be highly advantageous, specifically if anyone has worked on a type of office related move, or closure or decommissioning project.
  • Must be a broadly experienced and operational focused Service Delivery person. focused on Continual Service Improvement and have an 'always on' mind set in terms of providing the best services to the end clients they have worked for.
  • Supplier management is a key focal point of this role, based on the level of technology change going on. Management of a 3rd party supplier and infrastructure BAU partner (from a service perspective) would be a must for this role.
