Service Delivery Manager
My client are in search for a Service Delivery Manager who is responsible for multiple service areas and also responsible for 3rd party vendors. They are based in Central London and it will be an initial 6 month contract.
- The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for defining the SDM operating model, rollout the capability and operate critical services - Owning Business Services
- The role, in conjunction with I&I, will define the Business & Corporate Services, create the initial Service Catalogue, align the role to the Project process, and act as the Service Owner for a limited number of critical services. The role will define the expected rollout plan of all business services
- Being the operational "glue" between all stakeholders
- The role will be responsible for the Performance of critical services inc. the creation, definition, reporting and review process with the business
