Looking to hire for a Service Delivery Manager to join one of the leading InsurTech business in Singapore. This role will be driving core technical platform delivery to the expansion needs.
As the Service Delivery Manager,you will be required to;
- Promote effective delivery of technology product and services to the regional entities
- Manage a team of developers and testers on the services
- Ensure stability of products and services by partnering with operational teams for monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology business managers to maintain a budget and efficient use of resources
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of proven track record in technical service delivery and high touch experience with latest modern technologies.
