A client of mine are looking for highly experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to assist with a group wide IT Operations Improvement and outsourcing Programme. This will involve the setup of an entirely new service management function, so will need extensive experience of delivering this type of project.
Due to the nature of the role, you will also need the following experience:
- Extensive experience of managing a stable service provision to the Business during the transition from an internal Service Desk to an outsourced service provided from India
- Considered and SME in setting up an ITIL Service Management Function, including (but not limited to) Service Design, Service Transition and Change for large enterprise level clients.
- Experience of defining and implementing a fully functioning SIAM function, working with the outsource provider within the context of assisting with a 'company first' outsource
