We are looking for individuals who have solid experience of:
- ITIL
- Sunguard, Triplepoint, Openlink or Allegro
- Incident management within a high availability environment
- Expert in IT service management processes
- Sound knowledge of infrastructure technologies and business applications
- 3rd party supplier relationship management
- Stakeholder management
- SLA's / OLA's
