Service Design and Transition Lead
My Client, a leading financial organisation are currently looking for a Service Design and Transition Lead. This role falls Outside of IR35 and paying up to £550 per day and is FULLY REMOTE.
The successful candidate must have the following experiences
- Experience working in Application upgrade projects
- Understanding of ITSM processes across the lifecycle as well as change management concepts, project quality and risk management concepts
- Experience of implementing or delivering process in a company that is undergoing a substantial technology or process transformation
- Financial services background highly desirable
