Service Design & Transition Manager - HQ Enablement & Global Network Refresh
I'm currently working with an international banking client who are looking for a Service Design & Transition manager who will be responsible for working on a range of IT transformation projects from a service design perspective. Some will include Network refreshes, Data Centre migrations, EUC transformation and digital tech enablement. The ideal candidate will have:
- A clear track record of designing & transitioning IT projects. This is not a theoretical and high level architecture role. Specifically looking for highly autonomous individuals across the Service design and Service Transition space.
- Experience with the creation of a migration factory governance with programme
- The ability to deliver improvements to the end-end service design & transition process.
- Experience specifically around any of the above projects as a service design and transition lead would be very advantageous.
