A well-reputable London Market insurer is looking for a business-facing Service Desk Analyst to join their growing Service Desk team in London.

The successful candidate will be taking care of both 1st and 2nd line support, ticketing and telephone/email queries. In addition, you will be required to meet with stakeholders in the business to discuss any requirements they have, provide them with updates and increase the presence of IT within the business.

Skills required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Microsoft Dynamics/Active Directory experience (desirable)
