Job Description

A service desk engineer is required by a global insurance company to provide technical support throughout their business within a deskside environment. The successful candidate will need to have worked extensively within a deskside environment and have the ability to mentor junior admin staff. Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:

  • A minimum of at least six months 1st/2nd line support experience
  • Experience analysing and producing data for managers
  • Previous experience working within financial services is advantageous
