Service Desk Manager
London, UK / 80k+ depending on experience

We are looking for a senior Service Desk Manager for an international insurance company based in London.
You will be experienced in Windows, MS Office 365 and MS Exchange You also need to have knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Orchestrator, productivity tools and email functionality. IP telephony concepts and technologies knowledge is also required.
The salary is around 80k, depending on skills and experience. This is the ideal opportunity to address service requests within the EMEA/ APAC region. You will inform users during major incidents as well as identify the root of the issues. You will also oversee and train the EMEA/APAC region service desk.
Essential skills and qualifications
1-3 years as a Service Desk Senior/ Lead
Excellent customer service manner
Strong written/ verbal communication skills
Highly skilled in diagnosing and reporting major incidents as per the company's Major incident Management Process
Excellent knowledge in Windows, MS Office 365 and MS Exchange, productivity tools, Active Directory, Group Policy Orchestrator, and email functionality, IP telephony tech
BSc in Computer Science or similar
Comp TIA A+ Certification or Associate Degree (computer-related)
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
