Service Integration & Management Manager (SIAM) -

I'm currently working with an international banking client who are looking for a SIAM who will be responsible for delivering a 'User First' culture while managing the internal team performance and improving supplier relationships. They'll be asked to deliver effective, integrated services, promote the use of ITSM tooling and on occasion, as act as the Operational Lead supporting the ITSM Operations. An ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering a User First Model.
  • Experience with ITSM tooling e.g. SLA, XLA, UC.
  • The ability to monitor and improve service performance of the client's resolver groups whether internal/external.
  • Experience managing operational & service escalations.
