Service Management Analyst

London, UK / £50 - 67K depending on experience

Reporting to: Head of IS Operations

Start date: April

We are looking for a senior Service Management Analyst for a power distribution company based in London. This is a new role with lots of room for progression. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills. You also need previous experience in performance, data and information management. Lastly, past experience in ServiceNow and engagement with service providers to deliver tool changes is required.

The salary is around £50k, depending on skills and experience. This is the ideal opportunity to have a major contribution in the constant improvement of the company's platform so that employees receive the best experience. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to create enhancement roadmaps.

Essential skills and qualifications

Great communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Experience in performance, data and information management

Experience in ServiceNow

Past engagement with service providers to deliver tool changes

Experience in working in a service delivery / management environment within a medium to large organisation

Great knowledge of Microsoft Office
