Location: City of London ( 2-3 days onsite)

We are looking for a Service Management Analyst for a fintech company, based in London. You will be reporting directly to the Service Management Lead. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that will be soon launching a new platform and partners with big names in financial services.

You will have the chance to impact the ITSM capabilities and integrate the service management model, which will be a global one for the company across the different office locations. You will be involved in service requests, business services and mapping, as well as asset management. You will be involved in documentations, proofs, and analyses.

Required skills/ experience:

- Experience in Service Management.

- Experience in highly regulated environments i.e. financial services, telecom, healthcare etc

- Experience with ServiceNow or similar.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Desirable

Experience with CMDB
