An expansion within the IT Operations team, we are hiring for a Service Manager to join the team on managing major incidents, service providers and job scheduling. Primary task for this role is to ensure datacenter and network providers are delivering within SLA level and continuous service improvements.
As a successful candidate, you must have demonstrated indepth operational service delivery management expertise (ideally within the financial services industry). Knowledge in service management platforms such as ServiceNow and IAM portals is advantegous.
