Service Operations Manager -

I'm currently working with an international banking client who are looking for a Service Operations Manager who will be leading the Service Desk function as well as being accountable for making sure provided services by their suppliers meet expectations. This will include governance of the suppliers ITIL operations processes, for example, Monitoring & Event Management, Major Incident, Knowledge Management etc.

This is a senior position that'd be worked in conjunction with the current director, looking at improving as well as maintaining the processes relating to their operations and infrastructure suppliers.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Third party management experience.
  • Extensive management experience running an outsourced service desk.
  • The ability to build effective relationships as well as maintaining current supplier relationships.
  • Experience leading and growing a team would be highly beneficial.
  • ITIL accreditation.
