My Client is currently seeking an Escalation Manager, but equally this role can be identified as an 'Incident' or 'Service Operations' Manager.

My Client is seeking the following from the Escalation Manager:

  • To act as the Single Point of Contact for all Business and Service operational escalations regarding the perforance of the core Zensar services. The role will ensure that a structured approach is adopted to remediate the issue, and track the root cause. This role will ensure there is a structured approach to reviewing the escalation performance with the Supplier.
  • This role will work with our business stakeholders, internal EBRD IT teams and Zensar operational teams.
