ServiceNow Platform Architect/Manager
One of our large FS clients are currently looking for a Service Now Platform Manager/Architect, to come on to govern the day to day delivery of the Platform by the 3rd party Partner, which will include the upcoming Upgrade to a new version of SNOW, the ongoing large Service Now Projects (Change, CMDB Mapping), the ongoing technical improvements & enhancements required by the customer
Due to the nature of the role, you would need to have the following experience:
- Strong understanding of Service Now CSDM and best practise architecture
- Broad understanding across the ITSM life-cycle including process automation using Service No
- Nice to have strong experience and understanding of best practice configuration of Service Now Discovery and integration's with other secondary sources e.g. SCCM, SolarWinds, VCenter, or ControlM.
