ServiceNow Technology Platform Lead.

One of my large FS clients, currently have a great opportunity for a ServiceNow Technology Platform Lead to work with end users to administrate work-flows, implement add-ons, test systems, and perform problem resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategic direction of the Enterprise Service Management platform, (ServiceNow) and User Experience tooling.

Due to the nature of the role, you would ideally need to have the following experience to be considered.

  • Platform Lead with SME level understanding of the ServiceNow application process.
  • Proven track record of building ServiceNow Practices.
  • Experienced in shaping, implementing and governing newly introduced modules or platforms relating to User Experience & Enterprise Service Management.
