A large enterprise client of mine are currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager, to assist with the project governance and implementation of a new SIAM model for the business.
This individual would need to be a strong, delivery focused Project Manager, with a specific focus on the delivery of a range of live IT services, across multiple large enterprise customers, preferably within financial services.
Due to the nature of the role, this individual will also need to have the following experience.
extensive experience in the governance and operational management of multiple suppliers and outsourced vendors across multiple geographies.
Well qualified Project Manager, with a strong exposure to multiple ITSM, SIAM & Service Now implementation projects.
Must be able to effectively plan & govern (with the Supplier Project Teams), the definition, implementation, testing and success of the rollout of the remaining Supplier capabilities of the SIAM model to the rest of the technical towers and help to mature these processes.
