Job Description

A financial services firm is looking for a SMCR Business analyst to join their team in the City of London.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing existing policies and procedures, gathering requirements and identifying the enhancements required to implement SMCR ( Senior Manager and Certification Regime)

Ideal candidate:

  • Must have previous experience in the implementation of the SMCR in a bank
  • 5 years project delivery experience within regulatory change
  • Delivery focused and hands-on
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - Compliance, HR
