Software Delivery Lead - Principal

This will be a Team Leadership role and will be responsible for the support, maintenance and development services for all applications, systems and services that their team supports for the Bank.

You will need to have a lot of experience managing a cross-functional team of various development, Testing and DevOps Specialists, as well as working well and liaising with other IT experts, users and senior managers in the Bank to address new and exciting projects, operational challenges, and respond to a business that is very quickly evolving their IT capability and the needs that are associated with that; assisting with strategic goals and making sure those goals are met.

Due to the nature of the role, you will only be considered if you have the following experience:

  • Agile methodology SME, who has a broad and strong understand of a range of approached as frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD, etc.

  • Must be able to understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development, including BDD and TDD capabilities.

  • Solid experience and knowledge of software development processes and procedures across the broader SDLC.

  • Enterprise level practice in implementing various agile techniques, such as, User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

  • Someone who has played a role as a Technical Product Owner would also be advantageous.

  • Experience in successful application deliveries, system implementations / upgrades.
