My client a global financial services organisation is currently looking for a Source to Pay programme Manager for two year global programme delivering Technology, people and processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience implementing source to pay change programmes within the Procurement/finance teams of large global financial services organisations.

Key Skills:

  • Experience implementing source to pay change programmes within the Procurement/finance teams of large global financial services organisations.
  • Appreciation of global procurement team goals and how technology, people and process change can support these in an effective manner
  • Knowledge of source to pay processes
  • Experience working with an execution partner in delivering change.
  • Skilled at working with and influencing multi-disciplinary teams in multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills from peer group to senior management.
