Eames is working with a leading company market insurer on the appointment of a portfolio manager to join their highly regarded team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage binder relationships for both BTE and ATE business
- Develop key broker relationships whilst maintaining existing business relationships in order to develop your own profitable portfolio of business
- Ensure that appropriate business is being written my monitoring capacity and claims records
- Understand current market conditions and help develop products in order to exploit new business opportunities
- Take on peer review meetings, audits and compliance recording and reporting
- Liasie with actuarial and operations team to drive streamlining of processes and efficiency of the underwriting process
Key Requirements:
- Experience in either the ATE or BTE legal expenses market, either from an underwriting or claims perspective
- Degree and ACII qualified are desirable but not essential
