An international bank in Singapore is embarking on a strategic digital transformation to leverage data and analytics to drive better customer experience. They are looking for a Head of Data Personalisation to play a critical role in personalised customer journeys. You will be working with senior stakeholders from Business, Product Management and Analytics to identify critical data applications to create material impact on client experience. You will also work closely with Technology to write detailed technical specs and deliver the journey to production. You will also put in place experimentation to measure and improve data products.
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked with large consumer data to design personalisation journeys and build analytics capabilities for continuous improvement. You will be a self-motivated individual with project management skills and of collaborative/influential nature.
