Our client is an established Global Bank with a large presence in the region. They are currently looking for an SVP, Regional Head of Privileged Access Management to join their team. As an SVP, Regional Head of Privileged Access Management, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of PAM Engineers and Operations Specialists
- Designing, implementing and maintaining the secrets management platform for the bank in the region
- Staying up-to-date on the latest available technology in this space and taking advantage of them to improve the bank’s security posture
- Working closely with various application owners to ensure that the design of the infrastructure, both on-prem and on the cloud, is secure and scalable to meet their needs
- Working closely with the wider global team to ensure strategies, processes and policies are aligned globally and meets regional regulations
Requirements
- More than 12 years of experience in cyber security, IAM, and PAM
- Experience managing a team of cyber security professionals
- Strong understanding of secret management, Cyberark, and Hashicorp Vault
- Demonstrable stakeholder management and communication skills
