An international bank is looking for an experienced SEC Swap Dealer Project Manager to join their team in London.
This role sits within business change not IT
Ideal Candidate
- Strong business analysis/project management capability and experience in the context of a markets business is desirable.
- An understanding of financial products (Equities and Fixed Income) and the front to back operation of a Markets business.
- End to end delivery of regulatory driven change projects in a Markets business context
- Strong knowledge of OTC derivative related regulations
Role Description
To assist the business to deliver change in relation to complying with the ongoing and to be finalised SEC regulations, including the DFA title 7 rules, covering entities/activities in the EMEA region.
The role will require close co-ordination across key stakeholders spanning multiple locations, businesses and functions (compliance risk/operations/IT) in order to review, define and implement changes to policy, procedures, controls, business processes and technology.
