My client, Lloyds market insurer, is looking for a Syndicate Accountant to join their reporting team. The role is based in the City of London and is paying up to £60k for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for the compilation of syndicate reporting, presenting returns to internal & external stakeholders, reconciliation of technical and non-technical accounts, as well as supporting the preparation of year end statutory accounts.
Your insurance accounting and practical accounting experience will be essential for this role as you will primarily be involved in work that draws upon said experience. You will ideally be a qualified accountant or part-qualified accountant with advanced excel skills. Any experience using multiple underwriting systems and general ledger experience will work in your favour.
