The Target Operating Model Business Analyst will work on the end-to-end flow of a broad range of data & analytics initiatives, to deliver real business value. These roles will engage with business stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of the organisations target state and work with senior stakeholders to agree and document how the operating model should be developed. We need people with experience of developing target operating models, organisation design, end-to-end process mapping and documentation
Top 3 Skills required:
- Designing Target Operating Models.
- Knowledge of process tools such as Aris or Casewise is beneficial.
- Process documentation.
