Job Description

Our client has recently created a new headcount under the Partnerships Distribution team and is specifically looking for an experienced Training Designer with digital experience to create web and mobile based learning methods. 

What the role entails: 

  • Identifying the appropriate instructional design strategy for projects incorporating innovative ideas that are creative in the output to cater to different types of audience
  • Design framework and create architecture for learning programmes with adult learning theories and principles in mind
  • Coordinates the overall planning, designing, and development of all online course content, including new projects and converting existing instructor led learning to an on-line platform
  • Responsible for the production and design of a wide range of eLearning/digital materials
  • Create materials, which combine various interactive graphics, video and technical elements for use on multiple types of devices
  • Promote the use of digital platform to user

The right candidates would have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, E-learning, IT or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in developing instructionally sound e-learning materials preferably to captivate users
  • Excellent communication skills with good written Chinese and English
  • Beneficial knowledge of visual communication concepts in Final Cut, Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Demonstrates strong experience in e-learning design and blended learning approaches
  • Stays up to date in the field of learning and development technology
