The ideal candidate should have prior management experience in a similar capacity. The organization prides itself in investing in their employees and talent, extensive training and career growth opportunities are highly viable in this role.
Role Responsibilities:
To lead a stellar team of high performing wealth management individuals
Drive strategy, sales, and client acquisition initiatives for the client segment
Motivate and enhance individual and team performance
A key part of the management committee
Other operational aspects including projects, change and system implementation where required
Requirements:
At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experiences in wealth management – banker, investment counsellor, products, and acquisitions
Current or prior experiences in leadership with aspirations to further a leadership career
Excellent communicator – spoken Thai language capability is not mandatory but an added advantage as the clientele engages in Thai
