Eames Consulting are currently working with a nationally recognised Insurer who are looking for a experienced Insurance professional to join the team as a Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for managing and coaching a team of local underwriters to deliver market leading service to a panel of regional brokers.
  • Profitably Underwrite bespoke commercial risks in line with the businesses underwriting criteria.
  • Maintain good working relationships both internally and externally in line with the business core values.
  • Attend scheduled broker meetings and social events to promote mid-market growth.
  • Maintain a accurate Audit trail using appropriate systems, practices and procedures.
