Our top Global Insurance client is looking for a technical Business Analyst to join their team working across business and technology. This is great opportunity to join a growing and fast paced organisation and will provide the right candidate with the great potential growth opportunities.

This role will suit candidates who excel in building strong business relationships as it involves working closely with customers, the business, and support team. The role will entail working with the business to drive forward business initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3 years (or equivalent) experience in a similar role
  • Technical Analysis skills with the ability to deep drive into configuration or code
  • Expert knowledge in policy and web applications
  • Basic SQL experience
  • Previous experience of working in both an Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of VISIO, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Confident communicator and lateral thinker
  • Digital experience
  • Strong negotiation skills

Preferred Experience

  • Mobile and/or E-Marketing experience
  • User experience (UX)
  • Insurance experience
