Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a leading personal lines insurer who have created a brand new role within their high-performing, technical home claims team for an experienced Claims Manager to join and contribute to the growth and development of the technical claims strategy & team.
- Technical referral point for a small, and experienced team handling complex HNW home claims.
- Contributing to the development of this Technical Claims team in terms of growth, profitability and strategy.
- Identifying opportunities to address both internal and external factors that could contribute to claims inflation.
- People management of both home and office based colleagues including mentoring, coaching and personal development.
