Software Delivery Technical Lead -
I'm currently working with an international banking client who are looking for a Software Delivery Technical Lead who will be managing one of the core teams sitting within the IT Applications and Integration function. They will be responsible for ensuring common development and support standards as well as making sure processes are continuously improved. You will support the shaping of the systems' strategies and roadmaps, provide SME advice to the rest of the organisation & be accountable for the optimisation of the digital content systems under your remit.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive software development procedures and processes experience.
- Experience managing agile teams that build digital content platforms using equal or similar to Oracle CMS, Silverstripe CMS, Drupal, Magento etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- End to end project delivery experience.
- The ability to provide coaching and collaborative support as well as holding team members accountable if need be.
