2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst 

Key Details: Permanent, up to £43,000 per annum, 5 days in office

Key Skills: Core WindowsOS, AD, SCCM, AV, VIP, Exec Support, Desktop Support,

 

The Role

A world-leading specialist insurance firm are currently looking for somebody to join their expanding EUC function. Having just promoted somebody to Team Leader, they require an individual to join the business to take their role providing both 2nd line support to their user base as well as being the main POC internally for VIP support.

You will get the opportunity to work within a passionate team of technologists who are eager to explore new technologies that they can implement to improve processes throughout their business and subsequently expand their technical skills & experience. You will be expected to contribute towards this push for technological excellence whilst working closely with many VIPs within the Insurance sector.

 

Key Skills

· Strong & demonstrable 2nd/3rd line experience within a support function

· Core Wintel support skills across WindowsOS, Win10, AD & MDM/Intune

· Experience using SCCM as a deployment tool

· Ideally have some exposure to Appsense & some AV tools
