An exciting opportunity has arisen for x5 Technical Support Engineers (x1 will be a FTC) to join a global software specialist that is revolutionising the workplace.
My client is looking to on-board a range of engineers from 1st - 2nd/3rd line Support. The successful candidate will be part of a global IT team supporting the end user in a recently launched cloud based application. This is an exciting opportunity which offers lots of room for career progression.
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science/Information Technology or similar experience
- Knowledge of cloud technology
- Experience with XML, JSON or Linux console is beneficial
- Experience with any of the following technologies is a plus; Dell Boomi, Dynatrace, BIRT report development, Splunk log management, or Activiti workflow
