We're looking for an experienced contract recruitment consultant with insurance market knowledge to head up our Technology team.
A bit about the team
You will take ownership of a team of 4, from associate consultants through to senior consultants.
What will you be doing?
Focusing specifically on the London market we are seeking a driven individual to:
- Develop new business from new and existing clients; we have over 300 PSLs across the business
- Collaborate with the other divisions within Eames in order to seek out opportunities and develop new client relationships
- Provide a consultative service which will encompass a strong knowledge of the contract market and current trends
- Work closely with our delivery consultants in this team to provide high calibre contractors
A bit about you
- Previous contract recruitment experience within professional/financial services ideally insurance
- Previous management experience and evidence of growing a team
- A strong billing record and evidence of winning or developing accounts
- Strong work ethic
