We are looking for a Test Architect Lead for a prominent insurance company with offices across different locations in UK. This is a offers the opportunity to be part of a company witnessing great transformation.
You will have extensive experience in test architect or engineering, having used different systems and technologies. You will also be experienced in developing & improving test frameworks, controls, data strategies and test automation roadmaps. You will also need to have experience in coaching and mentoring test engineers. Having worked with DevOps and in Agile and lean environments is also required. Experience of creating test data strategies is highly desirable
The salary is £90k, depending on skills and experience. This is the ideal opportunity to be the senior technical leader for the client's testing framework and controls. You will also be responsible for test solutions and leading the engineering team. You will also ensure all members in testing follow the overall enterprise test governance and assurance.
Essential skills and qualifications
Experience in test architect and engineering.
Experience in developing & improving test frameworks, controls, data strategies and test automation roadmaps.
Experience in coaching and mentoring test engineers.
Experience in DevOps and in Agile and lean environments
Desirable
Creation of test data strategy.
