Job Description

I'm currently working closely with an Insurer on the appointment of a TPA Operations Analyst on an initial 12 - 14 month fixed term contract. The TPA Operations Analyst will handle all aspects of the DA claims arrangements, including performance management and bordereau review.

Duties will include:

  • Managing relationships with TPA's.
  • Analysing claims data from external businesses.
  • Analysis of MI to highlight performance issues, and assist with the development of processes for improvement.
  • Performing audits internally and externally to ensure technical, compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
