Our client is a global insurer with a large presence in Asia. They are hiring for a Operations Transformation Lead to join them in driving customer related operations transformation to maximize effectiveness and customer satisfaction. 

The role and responsibilities includes: 

  • Working on local and regional operating model requirements to align strategic business goals
  • Ensuring consistency of oprational services
  • Maximizing revenue opportunities and Customer Experiences
  • Building up effective team by ensuring retention, motivation and development of key staffs
  • Supporting all Operational activities / Projects as required 

As an ideal candidate, you must possess proven track record of managing large and complex programs relating to customer service and processing. Strong working knowledge and understanding of Insurance operations and distribution model is a must. Demonstrate excellent working ability to present in global level steering comm on operational statistics, finance, complex processes and workflow management is a plus.
