Our client is one of the leading financial services firm with a huge presence in Asia. There is an ongoing global transformation initiative and they are looking to add additional headcounts for Business Process Reengineering Experts.
As the Business Process Reengineering Expert, you will be task to:
- Spearhead process improvement and reengineering exercises across the business
- Drive and maintain the Process Management framework and operating procedures
- Establish process efficiencies such as; process turnaround time and operating costs
- Ensure the organization Process Documentation policies
As an ideal candidate, you must have:
- At least 6 years of solid track record in process reengineering domain and proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Process Improvement projects
- At least 5 years of experience working in financial services
- Solid working experience in Change/Process Management and Six Sigma methodology
- Qualifications in Six Sigma Black Belt is highly advantageous
