As the UAT Project Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with teams to understand requirement
- Review solution documents from product teams to ensure business alignment and translate into UAT scope
- Develop UAT strategy and manage project concurrently for multi-functional UAT
- Lead a team of UAT testers to develop test cases depending on business requirements
An ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of working experience in leading UAT projects in financial institutions and technically sound to understand systems and database architecture. You must be comfortable in business requirement understanding and act as the primary subject matter expert of customer journey and business processes!
